From the good folks at Standard Internet comes this program, which will pay you 2 cents for any click. (It used to be 3 cents up until late last year, but the market isn't what it used to be.)
The idea is that they have a portal page with a whole bunch of offers, ads, pay search engines and other generally annoying stuff on it. They pay you for every person who arrives on that page. (You can only get paid for a visitor once in a 12 hour period.)
What's different about this program, is that you can have your links say whatever you want. Like "
click here for more info", or "
exit", or "
celebrity photos here". Well you get the point. You link from images (ones that can be completely misleading as to the link's destination). In fact, the only things they prohibit, is opening the link in a new window (or a frame), and begging for clicks (as in "Click here and we will get 2 cents").
While the liberal linking policy means you can use all sorts of dirty tricks to make people click the links, the portal page is so annoying that you shouldn't expect people to fall for your trick more than once. If you have no qualm about constantly adjusting your linking tactics to keep your visitors clicking, you can probably make the $25 minimum every month.
Because it's Standard Internet, you can pretty much rely on timely payments, with checks coming in 15-20 days after the month's end. If you do not make the $25 in one month, your balance is carried over to the next.
Note that even though you may be paid on one check with other SI programs (such as PopupTraffic or TextLinks), the money you make in these programs is not counted toward your monthly minimum for each individual program.
The statistics they provide will satisfy any junkie: realtime earnings for the month, with daily and hourly breakdowns, as well as the history of all your previous earnings.
Overall this program makes a pretty good addition to any earning strategy, and depending on how you design/position the links, may end up giving your monthly revenues a substantial boost. However, earnings will tend to decline over time as your visitors learn to avoid these links.
